Kids who refuse to come to school cannot be educated. This is why DCPS keeps its attendance figures secret. Keeping the attendance figures secret also helps the officials doctor the test scores. The Post has a good article today on how Arne Duncan fudged the test scores in Chicago. Once again, Obama is walking on George Bush's path, & rewarding lying failures like Janet Napolitano & Arne Duncan, Ben Bernacke & Tim Geithner, just like Bush rewarded Brownie & Rummy.
