   Communist Party Tax the Rich Program.

   90% tax on income above the median, i.e. $50,303.
   Property tax on houses above $1,000,000 in appraised value: 20% per year.
   Property tax on "second homes": 20% of appraised value per year.
   Tax on private school tuition: 100%.

   Tax the rich every time they turn around. Impose a luxury tax on all cars that cost above $18,000 - slap on a 50% luxury tax. For cars above $30,00, tax at 100%. Tax all boats on an annual basis of 20% of the boat's cost. Etc.

   Tax the rich. Tax the rich. Tax the rich.
