Councilwoman Cheh is one hundred percent correct. This entire mess needs to go to the feds. Judge Sullivan is nothing but the truth but Nickles needs to appear before the DC Bar Council. Then he can take the flunky of a mayor with him.

I wonder if supportive statements from the council will trump a white-wash from a retired judge when it comes to whether Sullivan will refer these matters to the feds. Either way, at minimum, I hope DC Bar Council will investigate.
