I would have loved for Gray or Fenty to respond to that dick Chafitz with something along the lines of:

"It's understandable that somebody from a theocracy like Iran or Utah might not grasp the concept of the separation between Church and State, but we assure you that it's kind of a big deal."

Let's see... from DDOT's Architecture/Engineeing Schedule of Contractors:

Liberty Engineering and Design qualified for:
*Construction Engineering & Management Services
*Geotechnical Investigations & Studies

Which I suppose is pretty much but not exactly the same thing for a road or bridge as a building.

I wonder what task orders they have been awarded under this Mayor?
