		<description>Totally not discussed is the fact the ticket is a license, likely revocable for &quot;conduct&quot; violations.  Overly vague most likely, but its not a public place either.

Not being a MD attorney I can&#039;t comment on MD law but it&#039;s likely to be similar to an airline ticket.  No guarantee of a seat.</description>
