Mary Cheh has become a very angry woman, her classes are boring and she is losing the class she once had. Very sad, she is hanging out with Harry Thomas too much...Candicane, do you think she is going through menopause ? and BTW I agree with you that the council needs to start listening to Tax Payers. Cheh is doing everything but that.

It is so disrepectful and sexist of Nickels to refer to Cheh as an "angry woman." He, Fenty, Rhee, Lanier, Albert, Skinner and Karim -- they seem to work for the administration and every other dishonest individual need to all get on a boat, sail for Gilligan's Island and stay there together. They don't need to be rescued, we need to be rescued from them. Then they can run the island however they want!! @Candycane: I almost always agree with you. There's only one small point of disagreement today. Fenty is WORSE than Kwame Kilpatrick!

The city council does not need to extend themselves anymore on the side of political correctness. The council needs to do what is right. The out of touch 5, who always vote on the side of the mayor(evans, catania, bowser, graham, wells) better really start listening to the taxpayers. We've been tired of the mayor and his cronies so voting for the mayor whims will be politically damaging for your next election.

We want the contracts killed, and the IG and FBI brought in. This is Kwame Kilpatrick and racketeering all over again and it needs to stop now. The mayor and all of his cronies need to be arrested. Hartsock was fired once already. She's still fired. Get her out!. Rhee needs to be investigated for willful mismanagement of the budget costing hundreds their jobs. The FBI needs to step to her as well. If they can hit Jim Graham's office, they need to visit theirs.

Cheh and Nickles are flip-sides of each other. Both claim that their command = the law. Both abuse their offices. Nickles is just worse because he has more power than Cheh does.

What about the money the housing authority gave to Fenty's wife for "work" she was unqualified to perform - & probably did not perform. Fenty's wife is just another thief stealing from DC taxpayers, just another pig at the trough.

Mary Cheh is a smart, dedicated public servant. Pete Nickles is a lawless thug dressed in a suit. The Council should appoint an inspector general to review the actions taken by Nickles & his office.

The Fenty administration is nothing but an organized crime family. Fenty, his wife, and his friends & frat brothers loot the public treasury, while Fenty's capo Nickles runs interference, threatening & obstructing anyone who tries to hold Fenty accountable. The whole Fenty crew should be sent to prison.
