Upon reading this, the I's wee necessary to let anyone interested know how he is involved in this. Those not interested in combating gang warfare or at least acknowledging it should just keep their comments to themselves. Gangs flourish where citizenry look the other way-- until one of their own gets hit.

Actually according to the POLICE CHIEF Cathy Lanier today on the Kojo Namdi show, there isnt' a gang "war" in Shaw or any where else in the city....but what does she know. She's just the police chief. Now the Grahamstander on the other hand...what doesn't he know?!

yea I read the "Blueprint for Action." Its central recomendation was to develop a plan. Another plan to make more plans - what a waste of resources. Funny thing too, the Blueprint has Jim Graham's name plastered all over it - I figured it was a really just a campaign brochure.
