Why a "Latin American Youth Center"? The last time that I drove through there it was still an predominantly African American community. Why not name it the "Bloomingdale Community Youth Center". Why is Fenty pandering to a population that is primarily in this country illegally. Fenty is the worst mayor in the history of this city.
