Ya, god forbid anyone actually shovel their walk the one or two times a year it might snow or freeze.

Sheesh.

This seems to be a recurring theme. I remember this happening in Forest Hills, cleveland Park, Portals and Hawthorne.

Everyone else in the city cries for city services and improvements, but in upper NW, it seems to be the status quo rules.

I live with sidewalks, they suck, and when I buy my next house there certainly will not be sidewalks. You don't want them in front of your house unless you like cleaning up litter and dealing with joggers standing in front of your house yakking at 4:30am
