Is there any answer other than <a href="http://i218.photobucket.com/albums/cc147/jog731/SmurfDefiance.jpg" rel="nofollow">King Smurf?</A>

Jokey! He gives you what you think would be a present and it blows up in your face.

If that is not Mayor Fenty promising a responsive, accountable and championship of the people --to turn around and lie and employ unqualified cronies as spits in his supportors face--then I don't know what is.

Don't let the name fool yah, read the description. If this isn't Fenty...

Brainy Smurf:

Brainy Smurf fancies himself as the all-around brain of the village and an expert on everything, although he is usually wrong. He sometimes thinks that because he is (supposedly) smarter than anyone else, that makes him second-in-command behind Papa Smurf and can do things better than the other Smurfs. He can be distinguished from the others by the thick glasses he wears, as he is extremely short-sighted. In the comics during the Olympic games, he called himself Schtroumpf arbitre (referee) and handed out yellow cards to everyone. The Smurfs usually respond to his self-rightous preaching by hitting him over the head with a mallet or throwing him out of the village.

Vanity Smurf:

With a flower in his bonnet and a mirror on his hand, Vanity is the smurf that cares the most about his appearance. Delicate and sensitive, he spends his time talking fabrics with Smurfette and keeping his complexion fresh. If, by accident, his mirror breaks, he is the unhappiest smurf.
