Nickles cannot claim "attorney-client privilege - it belongs to the client. The client is the District Gov't, which is represented by the City Auditor. Neither of the two DC-owned corporations can raise the privilege. The city council passed a bill last year requiring the City Auditor to audit these city-owned corporations, following a recommendation after the tax office thefts of over $50 million. Nickles is breaking the law again. Fenty & Nickles are trying to hide - while they cover up - the fact that Fenty's wife was paid over $50,000 for work she did not do & was not competent to do.
