    OMG this is tooooo funny

"D1’s spokesperson told the Washington Post earlier in the week that D2 apparently went through a stop sign and pulled in front of the mayor’s vehicle.D2 does not have a spokesperson, and could not be reached for comment."

No surprise that WaPo would fault the other person though ... that much was expected.

I'm not the NTSB here, but WAPO says, "The report also seems to indicate that several police procedures were violated, including that the names of passengers in Fenty's vehicle were not listed on the accident form and pictures were not taken at the scene even though a city vehicle was apparently damaged. The report was taken by a member of Fenty's security detail and not a regular patrol officer."

Furthermore, WAPO says "Fenty's front bumper and driver's sideboard were damaged, according to initial reports after the accident." That type of damage would indicate that the other driver hit Fenty. Still, without photos or looking at the Pathfinder one could not determine this conclusively. The sideboard damage is the key.

If anything, Fenty and his Security detail are guilty for skirting procedures in an accident involving a city vehicle.

Mayor Fenty needs to step down. He has corruption written all over his face and in his adminisration. Fenty will fall like the former Hip Hop mayor of Detroit.
