It was a very nice decision. It helps that we spent ten years rewritting all of the laws that the Dean case was based on.

Judge Retchin did exactly what a smart, fair judge is supposed to do. She considered the facts, identified the legal precedents and relevant case law, and wrote a well-reasoned opinion based on the above. Case closed.
