[...] Hogan had been quite critical of CFSA and the District’s compliance at the previous hearing. As with that hearing, he concluded without issuing a ruling on the contempt motion or the case itself. No new court date has been set. Consider this a small victory for the District’s filibustering. [...]

This article is right on. The Judge also mentioned that an anonymous letter was sent to him from disgruntled employees who had concerns about how CFSA was being operated. Excellent job by Lowry -- the children of DC are blessed to have her as their true advocate.

Bait and switch Jason! "The bulk of the nearly two hour proceedings over the contempt motion did not center on Gerald’s selection." Neither did this article...or roughly 80% of it.

Fenty & Nickles aren't just corrupt & lawless - they're also bad lawyers. The Fenty regime blatantly disregarded Judge Hogan's order & will pay the price. Look for the Fenty regime to get hammered on 20 July.

To the moon, Adrian! On the 39th anniversary of the first moon landing, Judge Hogan will kick the crap out of Fenty, Nickles, CFSA, & the entire DC government.
