This article is right on. The Judge also mentioned that an anonymous letter was sent to him from disgruntled employees who had concerns about how CFSA was being operated. Excellent job by Lowry -- the children of DC are blessed to have her as their true advocate.

Fenty & Nickles aren't just corrupt & lawless - they're also bad lawyers. The Fenty regime blatantly disregarded Judge Hogan's order & will pay the price. Look for the Fenty regime to get hammered on 20 July.
