I was wondering about the Newsdesk the past few days. I read everything and can appreciate the "WHAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT COOL" comment. EHN wanting a congressional hearing and Hoyer saying "No, wait until the NTSB finishes" makes so much common sense it is funny. In terms of the press conferences, either way the coverage was going to be damned. Either the first one is too soon or too late. Either way, stating the obvious doesn't help when you don't use all the information collected from all sources to the scene. What I was surprised by was the limited aerial coverage of the scene.
