Creigh Deeds Wins Virginia Governor Primary
The Washington Post calls the Virginia Democratic gubernatorial primary for Creigh Deeds shortly after 8 p.m.
He will face Republican Bob O'Donnell McDonnell in November.
Deeds won, notably, without the vote of Washington City Paper editor and Alexandria resident Andrew Beaujon. Says Beaujon, "I forgot."
Beaujon explains that, due to this morning's thunderstorms, he took the bus to work rather than his customary bicycle: "Threw off my whole rhythm."

Bob O'Donnell? Seriously?

Ahem. Umm. Yeah...
Never spelled Natwar Gandhi's name wrong, at least.

DeBonis: I guess you now can stop making fun of me for my huge screw up yesterday on that cop shooting!

Just wanted to thank you Mr. Deeds for such a detailed ad on tv against Mr. Robert McDonnell.
Now I know where you stand, and I know where he stands on life.
I am pro life at all costs and apparently you are for killing innocent babies.
Your tv ad has set me completely straight on that issue and I am grateful you helped me clarify it. Thankyou
