		<description>Can&#039;t get around Dewey Beach nor read article either. Not that I&#039;m defending Darrow, but it could be 9th Street, look at the perspectives and angle.  If it was in color it probably would be more telling, especially if the &quot;soil&quot; is the orangish clay us DC folks know of.</description>
