This is such a cool photo. And CP, btw, cannot scroll beyond the dewey beach thing. Stuck.

Can't get around Dewey Beach nor read article either. Not that I'm defending Darrow, but it could be 9th Street, look at the perspectives and angle. If it was in color it probably would be more telling, especially if the "soil" is the orangish clay us DC folks know of.
