		<description>Yeah...those thorns hurt like the dickens. LOL! Expect Fenty to fire someone over this.  Obviously, the escapee, once caught will be interogated on HOW HE ESCAPED this secure facility.  

Most of the gushing comments made for this place are laughable right now:  &quot;I have said a lot of bad things about Oak Hill,&quot; said Vincent Schiraldi. &quot;I know it upsets my staff, but I said I wouldn&#039;t kennel my dog at Oak Hill.&quot;

I guess he wouldn&#039;t kennel his dog at this one either, cause &quot;Spot&quot; would be able to escape.  LOL!

The real deterrent, Oak Hill was so remote, you&#039;d get lost after you escaped.  Even if you made it to civilization (even MD Rt. 198), it was challenging.  Don&#039;t know too much about the new place and how remote it is.</description>

		<description>The police officials were not notified on orders from the DYRS Director.  There should not be an internal investigation, but an external one.  An internal one will reveal lies as with everything else with this Department and DC Government.  There is more to this story that has not been revealed too, trust me.</description>
