I assume that all traffic lights and laws will be observed? Imagine the tragic irony of a bicyclst being hit as (s)he rides through a red light to stay with part of the pack. Dusk is the most dangerous time to be riding. Wear your helmets and ride safely everyone.

Hey Jule - how did you learn about the event or who is your contact. I also knew one of the honorees and would like to know the genesis of the event and how it turned out.

This ride wasn't sponsored by anyone, which is I guess why I didn't hear about it until today. I read the waba emails. Would have loved to ride. One of the honorees was a friend of mine and none of his other friends who I knew knew about the ride beforehand either. Sigh.
