How about the part of the interview where Nickels says HE (The Mayor) wasnt turning over the Nats tickets until the Council approved his PERB nominations. He said this... out loud... and everybody is skipping over the fact that Nickels just admitted that there was no mixup... no mistake in the Mayor getting the Councils tickets in the first place. He purposely took those tickets to hold them as ransom for his unqualified PERB nominees.

Isn't it also possible the person who testified before the grand jury told the Post? No violation there. There's no obligation of secrecy on the part of a grand jury witness, only the prosecutors. Nickles thinks he's all that. Ask him the last case he's tried that gasbag.
