They just caught a guy during a burglary at the 1500 block of 8th street in the early hours of April 21? He entered via the roof and tried to escape that way. Same guy?

My house was burglarized in mid-January. I live at 8th and H NE. The burglar got in through the roof, from a neighboring house and attempted to continue down the line of row houses via roof. Any idea when these burglaries started and if he could have migrated to H st?

We live on the 1400 block of Corcoran. There was a knock on the door this am by an ADT salesman. He asked if we'd seen the 11 o'clock news. Smart move but we didn't bite.

I live in dupont and a few doors from the Safeway. The police are non-existent and very slow to respond. We had some kids crash s stolen car into three cars in an ally here, a neighbor and I both call the cops as the kids sat their laughing for ten minutes, the cops came 15 minutes after the calls.
The police drive around here with there windows rolled up while they talk on there cell phones bluetooth's, wiht the exception of when they park on the sidewalk by the local mcdonald's while eating on city time.
