Has Your Street Been Plowed?
Yesterday, we saw dudes in plows idling. The snow hadn't started falling. It would be hours. But, there, on the Virginia toll road to Leesburg, there was a plow ready to go.
This morning at about 9:00 a.m.., Mount Pleasant Street NW hadn't been plowed. And Irving Street was only partially cleared. Within an hour, they were looking a lot better?
How are your streets looking? Which streets need a plow?

Live in Southeast across the street from the DPW where the snow plows are housed and all streets around this area were not plowed at 7am

Those are both streets with a lot of traffic, and the cars and salt melt the snow pretty quick. But, the buses never run on Irving when it snows. I don't know why traffic reports, which talk about roads and rail, aren't more clear that the buses are really not very dependable.
They should have cancelled school.
