DC Police (only the police in DC???) needs a deep cleaning. Fire the entire management and put former military on those positions, then clean the entire force, because the majority are not doing their jobs. Accountability is the word. How many complaints and unsolved crimes? DC crime rate is one of the highest in the country and they only add more speed cameras to keep ripping off the unfortunate commuters.
