		<description>Tim should have done a bit more research before making his offer. As easily determined by studying the actions of this administration over the pst 2 months, he should have told them it would cost at least $10,000 to initiate the removal program, and there would be a very good chance the program would fail. He would have been hired pronto..... as that approach parallels everything the &quot;new leaders&quot; have done so far. Yep... the truth hurts.</description>
