		<description>There&#039;s conflicting reports of whether there will be jumbotrons on the parade route.  The Post and WTOP said they decided not to have them, but CNN is reporting today that they will be on PA Ave.  Here&#039;s the Post&#039;s jumbotron locations map:

The best place to cross the parade route will be the 3rd Street tunnel, which will be open to pedestrians only.  There will be two other crossing points at 650 and 1150 PA Ave that will be open until 1:30 pm, but you&#039;d have to pass through the checkpoints to get to them.
