Enigmatic Rubbish
2400 block of Champlain Street NW, last night. Throw out a suitcase? Sure. Throw out a back-scratcher? Do that as soon as someone gifts you one! But throw them out at the same time? In a public park? I just bet the answer to this mystery is much less compelling than the mystery itself.
