		<description>What&#039;s the point of promoting that &quot;Best of Washington DC&quot; blog, which is set up to sell T-shirts and gifts? It&#039;s not exactly a source of trenchant commentary. Certainly the idea that we can&#039;t do anything about an issue until every more important problem has been solved would eliminate most of what government (as well as the rest of us) does.</description>
