let's see. this guy (i.e. Joe Price) probably was the ringleader in a brutal murder. his brother is a drug addict that robbed his own brother's house. he is involved in a sordid live-in threesome with a third guy. and yet arent fox keeps him on, soiling its own reputation. could he be a drug addict and dealer ? I don't know. but it certainly would not surprise me if he was. time to indict him and his charles addams "family" (or did i mean manson?) for murder. the new gay OJ?

Surely "criminal history" implies at least arrest if not conviction for a crime?

Jason: Kirschner didn't say Price had a "criminal history", he said he uses and/or sells drugs. There's a difference. That's why there's no records, he's never been caught.
