What really blows my mind is that Ward 4 Councilmember Muriel Bowser believes she has a chance of being mayor one day. Right, you're asking who in the hell is she?!?!

Bowser obviously took the Ward 4 council seat with a strong backing from Fenty when he became mayor.

However, this backing even continued with her re-election campaign with Fenty's "senior advisor," John Falcicchio working as her her campaign manager/fundraiser on city time. Falcicchio in Fenty's "bullpen" using city paper to make invitations, flyers and making calls to potential campaign donors...again on city phones during city time.

During election season, Falcicchio could be found running around Ward 4 on Bower not Fenty's behalf while advising Bowser's campaign staff on "strategic places" to put campaign signs...all while he was on the clock with city dollars.

Exactly how does all of this play into "senior advising to the mayor?????????"

And how does this exactly account for

John Falcicchio
