		<description>The biggest flaw (of many) I see here: Metro is still closing at normal hours during the majority of Inauguration Week.  So how are these many-sheets-to-the-wind revelers expected to get home?  Taxis for all?  Drive drunk because Metro is your usual route back to the &#039;burbs?

This was a dumb, dumb move by the Council.</description>

		<description>It looks like the 5 am closing passed, except that Fenty got nightclubs excluded so the 3 am closing remains in effect for nightclubs.  A lot of what Fenty does makes no sense to me, but does anyone know why he wants nightclubs to close before the other spots?</description>
