So how are these many-sheets-to-the-wind revelers expected to get home? Taxis for all? Drive drunk because Metro is your usual route back to the 'burbs? This was a dumb, dumb move by the Council. A lot of what Fenty does makes no sense to me, but does anyone know why he wants nightclubs to close before the other spots?
