See, I told you they couldn't score 20. If not for the phantom penalty against Webster preceding the only touchdown, they would've been shutout. The 4th ranked pass D looked pretty feeble.

The Skins are going to score 20? They managed all of 7 points in their first meeting. It will be interesting to see if they can score more and keep the Giants off the scoreboard at the same time.
