		<description>I&#039;ve worked with David Grosso before and think he was excellent as Congresswoman Norton&#039;s Legislative Director.  He&#039;ll be even better as the top legislative guy for CareFirst and I wish him the best. 

On that note, whoever Congresswoman Norton chooses as her next Legislative Director is going to have big shoes to fill.  Norton has a top notch legislative staff and they&#039;ll need strong leadership to help make sure DC gets voting rights in the next Congress.</description>
