Anon: Someone in the article suggested the ban would lead to a "cottage industry" of black market blunt sales. (Ironically, if this ban affected the middle class, smokers would just order their blunts online.)

This is so stupid. Why not just enforce selling tobacco to minors in the first place?

Anyway, do they really think that restricting the sales of blunts will prevent a single person from smoking pot? Imagine: you can obtain marijuana, an illegal substance, only to go home crestfallen when you can't buy a blunt at the 7-11. The entire marijuana industry crumbles.

Maybe, alternatively, you just smoke it from a pipe or roll a joint. Or if the culture demands blunts, then the pot dealers just start selling blunts for an extra buck with every weed purchase.

So. Stupid.
