I am almost positive the Senate ID office didn't give him shit. The Senate does not recognize "shadow senators", why would they give him an ID?

i don't have any respect for people who did as alleged and yet plead "not guilty." there'd better be a darn good explanation for why the breathilizer reads .16 if this cat isn't drinking. i could see trying to say the cops invented the smell on his breath, or his inability to stand right, but the test isn't subject to personal vendettas, and if it was done at HQ, there's probably witnesses and routine calibration of the equipment. take a taxi, clown ass!

Being wasted is not uncommon. His chief fault was being busted. Won't other members of the parlament have something to say about it?

I didn't vote for those joke positions at all. The positions should be abolished. I hope we don't pay for them but we probably do.

The good news? Hey, DC cops actually enforce the law from time to time!

Otherwise, in his other civic duties, Strauss is pretty decent. I feel for the guy. But either he was really drunk or just a sloppy eater with those food stains.
