Delaney Still Fighting Through Pantsgate

ANC Candidate Arthur Delaney calls in. It's 1:38 p.m.

"I decided I had to wear my other pants," Delaney says. "The spin cycle is broken." It appears running for a post on the ANC is harder than one would expect.

I scream at him to get to his precinct at Payne Elementary and start campaigning.

"I'll be over there in a minute," Delaney says. "I have to sharpen these pencils."
