Spencer has given several of his friends the opportunity to get up on the soapbox to talk about the election (including me - the DC area rep!) The nifty Michael Penn guest appearance was a great way for Spencer to wrap up his "Not Spencer" pre-election guest blogger series. Made my day to see him noted here!
