		<description>I remember one night maybe ten months ago when this building was still a skeleton, one of the residents on champlain street engaged me in a half hour conversation about how the building&#039;s vertical axis was off kilter. I couldn&#039;t see anything obviously wrong, but I was forced to agree that there was something a little weird about it that I couldn&#039;t quite place.

I had no idea it would turn out to be a design feature.</description>
