I&#039;ve often thought that Cherkis, in his posts on this blog, has been way off base about the neighborhood, but this looks like an interesting story. I wish, though, that &quot;develepment&quot; in the subhead didn&#039;t have a misspelling. It makes me wonder about everything else in the story.</description>
