Strike that please to GS 115C-325 !As the court concluded,a change in the contract terms could not be implemented without a statutorily-perscribed formal notice and a hearing. Teachers voted for hope under NCLB and 10% but don't ask me what happens viewing that mean spirited Abolishment Statute under these disorganized systemic circumstances viewing teacher working conditions and administrative disorganization. Hire,Train and Support! Leave the tenure alone and take your unproven educational experiment and go test that theory else where ! Now would be a good time to find the book Manufactured Crisis and read it for educational perspective !Public School buildings want a bailout package after that unfunded NCLB ! End the mandates and it's not working !Pack the survival kits in your school buildings and stabalize building operations Rhee reform!

Fly like butter fly, sting like a bee! Extra ! Extra ! Read all about it Pl 107-110 NCLB is sinking and hit an iceberg ! The NCLB and 10% unfunded law sank to bottom of the sea. Teachers in DC blowing the whistles and in life jackets ! Send in rescue ships with GS115C-335! Rhee's radical experiment on unproven approach? Umm !Does she think she's Arnold Gesell? The Counsil can now get back to work and the American teachers in US can settle down and everybody is happy and so is the Union ! Go teach the kids and make learning fun ! If you're a boring, dull school teacher, you're fired and we'll put you on the Donald Trump show ! Bubble that !

It should be noted Senator Obama said "Superintendent" not "Chancellor". Although I am sure he meant to say "Chancellor".
