		<description>FWIW, Northwestern&#039;s Medill has long done what you suggest above--included a full-time quarter-long internship in its undergrad program. And I don&#039;t know if it&#039;s still the case, but when I went through they were during the school year, so you could still have the summer off to do a paying job.</description>
