Jack PAC was established in 1994 and Evans had control over its funds until Linda Cropp reported the double-dipping China trip to keep him from running for Mayor or City Council Chair. OCF investigated only 18 months of this PAC's financial operations which were very questionable--hence the closing of the fund in 2006. Inquiring minds would like to see the records from 1994 to 2005.
