That’s terrible, sorry to hear it. Hope the driver is OK.

  2. J. Says:

so what is the update on this???

  3. Freddie Mick Says:

By “driver” do you mean employee or independent contractor? & was it his vehicle that was stolen or City Paper’s? & if it was his vehicle, does City Paper believe it is responsible in any way to reimburse him in any way? If it was his vehicle & his insurance was the typical car insurance, the insurance company will not reimburse him for the vehicle or otherwise provide any coverage.
Odds are, the driver was probably an independent contractor driving his own vehicle & his insurance probably won’t cover the theft. America, 2008.

  4. Peggy Says:

This is not to be borne. The perpetrators must be brought to justice. Has all thr paper been purloined as well?

  5. Ernest Says:

Relax, Peg. I notice the CP is quite available. Although es posible the robbers may have appropriated a few copies during the hold up as to improve their minds by means of extensive reading.
