In an effort to always stay on top of customers concers, we, here at the Crowne Plaza Denver, will do whatever it takes to ensure our guests have a better meetings experience. When the D.C. Delegation checked into their office, they were aware of the lock situation. Since then, we have become aware of the key & lock as being a source of stress for some of the D.C. Delegates. Now, we are taking apart the entire door and lock and installing one especially for the D.C. Delegation. That's why Crowne Plaza Denver is the Place to meet for the DNC.

Master key? Gee when I worked for Holiday Inn (Crowne Plaza is part of the chain), the conference rooms were keyed through not only the General Manager but also the beverage and restaurant management and when parties took place, we had electronic key cards issued to those of us working the party. So, the Denver Crowne Plaza doesn't have that going on? That's pretty lame if true.
