		<description>Well These are allegations simply put in a complaint. It will be interesting to see what happens as Gresham&#039;s lawsuit moves forward. These are certainly eye-popping allegations.

		<description>What do you mean the judge refused to let him testify?  Only in DC would a corrupt judge defend corrupt attorneys.  If the captain is willing to be placed under oath, penalty of perjury, then why not?  I think the judge needs to be investigated...  Why would Lanier promote Delgado if he assaulted a peer?  Only in DC...</description>
