I think I saw one of these sensors walking south along 14th street towards U Street–I saw a big white boxy thing mounted on a lamppost in front of Union Row at 14th and W. I found it slightly ironic that this was right in front of million-dollar condos.

ruth, your description of the area is confusing. once it gets around the area north of adams morgan, you say it goes west on spring road, but spring road only goes east of 16th street.
