Borderstan is plain dumb. No one can clearly define its borders (no pun intended). It's another attempt to make a standard neighborhood sound "special" like NoMa or North Potomac, (is there a South Potomac?) I live in Alexandria right across the street from the power plant and near the airport maybe I can call my neightborhood Regapowerland.
