The real problem is the unregulated soccer teams that play every day of the week, they have uniforms and a referee blowing a whistle, the yell and scream, urinate, change clothes out in the open, smoke pot, and raise this enormous dust cloud. It's not only a nusiance, it's illegal!! Is DPR sure that there are no permits awarded to softball/baseball leagues. Maybe they should do a little more research on the entities that they award permits to.
