		<description>Yeah the Post did pat itself on the back a little... but I thought its series on the landlord/tenant issue was well-done, important, and timely.  Granted, it wasn&#039;t nearly as earth-shattering or relevant as an interminable take down of Murray Waas or a laundry list of excerpts from the Late Night Shots website, but I guess we all have our priorities, right?</description>
