   Hi Darrow,

   I just saw your picture with the ferris wheel and the address and couldn't help but think back to the old carnivals that use to take place in the Capitol Plaza parking lot. I was trying to look up history of Landover Hills for some of us old times. Well we are approaching our 50's and many have left "The Hills" and have such fond memories of growing up there. I saw this pic and it took me back to the carnivals of days gone by. Also to the place where we use to go and watch the fireworks on the 4th of July. I haven't been back in years, but thanks for sparking that little memory of mine.
